The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent nos. 4 to 11 are interfering in his possession over plot nos.175 and 185 which the petitioner claims to be his private property. The issue in the present petition involves disputed question of facts relating to title and possession of the parties which can be decided only on evidence and, therefore, it is not a case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
