¶1Heard Sri Rabindra Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Satish Kumar, learned counsel for the private respondent and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The corpus Muskan, the petitioner no.2-Ashutosh Kumar and respondent no.4-Rajshri (mother of the corpus) are present in persons.

¶3From interaction with the parties and it is clear that both the families know each other very well and have been residing in neighborhood. Petitioner no.1-the corpus, during interaction with the Court revealed that she has a widow mother and siblings who are younger to her, to look after, therefore, she has decided to remain with her mother.

¶4From the statement given by her, this much is clear that she is not under any illegal detention. I do not find any reason to keep this habeas corpus petition pending or to proceed any further.
