¶1Heard Shri Vipin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Nikhil Kumar counsel for the respondent-Bank, Shri Kaushal Kishore Mani, counsel for Gaon Sabha, and learned Standing counsel.

¶2Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, it transpires that petitioner has offered his building on rent for the purpose of setting up a Bank branch in his village Nirmana. For whatever reasons, that building was disapproved by the Bank.

¶3In view of the above, credentials of the present petitioner to pursue public interest litigation is found deficient.
