None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this case. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2&3 is present and has pointed out that the petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 08.11.2021 passed by the respondent no.1 and order dated 28.04.2015 passed by the respondent nos.2&3 and a further prayer to direct the respondent nos.2&3 not to dispossess the petitioner company from the lease of Plot No.58, Sector Ecotech-01, Extension 01 in Greater NOIDA. On the basis of instructions, on earlier date, she has already submitted that the plot in question has already been allotted to M/s Elentec India Private Limited in the year 2022 itself. Perusal of the order sheet goes to show that the petitioner is avoiding this Court and on several occasions, i.e. 28.10.2023,

21.11.2023 & 29.11.2023, he had made a request to give him opportunity to file supplementary affidavit. However, the records also goes to show that there is no whisper about the delay in filing the writ petition as the orders impugned are in the year 2015 and 2021. In view of the instructions as obtained by the counsel for the respondent nos.2&3 that the plot in question has already been allotted to M/s Elentec India Private Limited, the relief as prayed cannot be granted.
