¶1Shri Suresh Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the Nagar Palika Parishad, Maharajganj states that the proceedings instituted under section 67(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 with respect to the subject matter brought by the petitioner are pending. Notices have been issued to the private-respondents.

¶2In view of such facts, no interference is warranted at this stage in exercise of power under Public Interest Litigation.
