¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal North, Prayagraj to decide Claim Petition No. 243 of 2021 (Smt. Munni Devi and others Vs. UPSRTC and another) within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

¶3The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer.

¶4No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder.

¶5Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Motor Accident Claim Tribunal North, Prayagraj to decide Claim Petition No. 243 of 2021 (Smt. Munni Devi and others Vs.
