¶1Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner describing himself as below: "Purvanchal Chini Mill Mazdoor, Branch-J.H.B. Sugar Limited, Gadaura, Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh".

¶2In paragraph-6 it has been disclosed that the petitioner is a Union of the Industrial workers.

¶3By means of the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent authorities to recover certain arrears of wages etc. from two industrial establishments.

¶4In face of complete procedure for recovery etc. provided under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, interference claimed is declined at this stage leaving it open to the concerned to apply for appropriate recovery measures under the law.
