¶1Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel for the Gaon-sabha, and Shri A.K. Goyal, learned Standing Counsel for the State, it transpires that the present petition has been filed to obstruct public work for construction of Resource Recovery Centre at village Mahuwabuzurg Kushi Nagar.

¶2Vague and incomplete pleadings have been made to object/obstruct the above public work. Prima-facie the same is being carried out in compliance of law. Thus the Gaon-Sabha appears to have identified the land over which the constructions are being raised for public interest. Also, compliance of the environment laws may be made.
