Judgment

Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 20549 of 2023 Petitioner :- Chandra Bhan Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Babu Ram Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated

07.01.2022, the day on which he was also relieved by the competent authority in the matter. Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner has been transferred within the district from one block to another block and that too the transfer order was passed way back in January 2022. Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties, I do not find any justification to interfere in the transfer order within the district passed way back on 07.01.2022, while the petitioner was also relieved on the same day. Hence, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to make representation, if he is aggrieved by the transfer order while petitioner had submitted his joining at the transferred place. It is made clear that if the petitioner has not joined pursuant to the transfer order, he shall be joining at the transferred place within two weeks from today. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 12.12.2023 IrfanUddin High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
