¶1Heard Shri Karuna Nand Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that his application/ representation dated 14.09.2023 be considered and decided by the third respondent i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Nichlaul, District Maharajganj expeditiously.

¶3Be that as it may, without adverting on the merits of the case, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the third respondent i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Nichlaul, District Maharajganj to consider the application of petitioner and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
