¶1The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 2.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 301 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 313, 354, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Saharanpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.

¶2At the very outset, Sri Rohit Singh holding brief of Sri Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
