The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent no. 2 to decide Election Petition No. 1405 of 2021, Computerized Case No.T20211020301405 (Tahira Begum Vs. Chatra Dhari and others) within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid petition of the petitioner is pending since 2021 and same may be decided within the stipulated time. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to decide Election Petition No. 1405 of 2021, Computerized Case No.T20211020301405 (Tahira Begum Vs.
