Even otherwise, there is provision of filing an appeal for the petitioner. In view of the above, ends of justice would be subserved providing that in case the petitioner files any appeal, if so advised, within three weeks from today, same shall be decided by the authority concerned as expeditiously as possible, ignoring the delay, if any.
