¶1Heard Sri Ram Mohan, learned counsel for petitioner, Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State and Sri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel for respondents.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Appeal No. 2021540531000682 of 2021 under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending before Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Gorakhpur since 2021 is considered and allowed.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that as and when case is listed before Authority concerned, petitioner will not seek any adjournment and will appear either in person or through his advocate.

¶4Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
