¶1Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Sandeep Choudhary, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the charge-sheet dated 11.01.2023 as well as impugned cognizance order dated 16.08.2023 and entire proceedings in Case No.2956 of 2023 (State of U.P. vs. Mohd Alim and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 039 of 2022 u/S 406, 420, 120-B I.P.C., P.S.- Jankpuri, District-Saharanpur, pending in the court of learned A.C.J. (JD)-IInd Saharanpur.

¶3After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the instant application at this stage.
