¶1Heard Sri Devesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

18.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 846 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 376, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act and Section 5 M/6 POCSO Act, 2012, P.S. Baradari, District Bareilly.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
