A perusal of the writ petition and the first information report attached as annexure, we find that the possession of the property was handed over to the petitioner by the Bank after the auction sale had taken place. However, it appears that the petitioner had lost the possession subsequently. The petitioner if is aggrieved by the fact that there is no possession of the petitioner now then he can always take recourse to such remedies which might be available to him under the law.
