¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Sanding Counsel for the State and Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent Bank.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that entire demanded amount has been deposited and the auction sale has been cancelled. He further informs that 'No Objection Certificate' has also been provided to the petitioner by the Bank.

¶3Learned counsel for the Bank does not deny the aforesaid facts.

¶4Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted.
