¶1Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Kailash Prasad Pandey, learned counsel for the informant.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.3.2023, in Case Crime No. 0140 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 447, 452, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Pilkhuwa, District Hapur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 431 of 2023 dated 22.10.2023 has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
