¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been for setting aside the order dated 05.08.2023 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge/Fast Track Court-III, Court No. 24, Shahjahanpur in S.T. No. 355 of 2023(State Vs. Abhishek Verma), arising out of Crime No. 304 of 2020, under Section 376, 504 of IPC, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Shahjahanpur, by which discharge application moved under Section 227 Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the present application for the reliefs prays and further requested that a direction may be issued to Additional Session Judge/Fast Track Court-III, Court No. 24, Shahjahanpur for early conclusion of trial.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Session Judge/Fast Track Court-III, Court No. 24, Shahjahanpur to conclude the trial of the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
