Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the fact that he is not being provided the statement of the account by the respondent bank despite the fact that the loan account was transferred from Bajaj Finance Limited to the respondent Bank. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank states that at present he is in possession of statement of account, which he has handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.
