¶1Heard Sri Nirbhay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

6.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 333 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, P.S. Etmadpur, District Agra.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
