¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 20.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 492 of 2023, under Sections 376, 506, 120-B IPC, P.S. Jagdishpura, District Agra.

¶3No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioners.

¶4Sri Dharmendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶5Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
