¶1The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that Police Station Bhelupura, District Varanasi is not registering a first information report on the complaint of the petitioners regarding illegal and forcible occupation of his house by respondent no. 5.

¶2The petitioners have remedy to file a complaint under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the appropriate Court and, therefore, in view of the availability of the alternative remedy to the petitioners, it is not a case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
