¶1Heard Shri Anurag Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 312 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi (Sant Ravidas Nagar).

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet No. 308 of 2023 has already been forwarded on

05.11.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
