Pursuant to the earlier order instructions have come which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.P.Singh holding brief of Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner presses only prayer no. (ii) which reads as under: "ii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.2.2023 (Annexure no.3 to this writ petition." It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is pending consideration, the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 20.2.2023 in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.
