In the facts of the present case, it is otherwise apparent that the petitioner is an accused of Case Crime No.92 of 2023 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 255 I.P.C., Police Station Ankur Vihar, District Ghaziabad, wherein charge-sheet has already been submitted and cognizance has also been taken by learned Magistrate. In that view of the matter, all issues relating to the case are now required to be dealt with by the competent court. We decline the prayer made to direct CBI to investigate in the matter on the basis of the argument advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner. Writ petition is dismissed.
