27.10.2023 has permitted the petitioners' society to complete the necessary constructions of the Institution by 30th December, 2023. It is stated in the petition that because classes of the students are being held at present in the Institution, therefore, it would not be possible for them to complete the constructions by 30th December, 2023 and the petitioners' institution seek six months further time to complete the constructions. The matter has to be decided by the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari who is the appropriate authority. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Ghazipur that in case, the petitioners make a representation before the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Ghazipur, the same shall be decided by the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Ghazipur expeditiously.
