¶1For last one month notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 17.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 42 of 2023, under Sections 406, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Agra.

¶3No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioners.

¶4Sri Rahul Dev Singh, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶5We find that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 31.10.2023, however, as per mediation centre report dated 2.12.2023 it appears that neither the petitioners have deposited the amount as directed by this Court nor appeared before the Mediation Centre.

¶6Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
