¶1Heard the counsel for the parties.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that no decision has been taken by the District Magistrate, Jaunpur on the application filed under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana claiming compensation for the death of her husband due to an accident. The application was filed by the petitioner on 20.07.2023.

¶3The petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jaunpur to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him and in case the petitioner is found entitled for compensation as claimed, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within one month from the date of decision by the District Magistrate, Jaunpur. In any case, the whole exercise shall be completed by the District Magistrate, Jaunpur by 30th April, 2024.
