¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the State respondents are not paying the dues of the petitioner accrued as a result of work done by the petitioner in pursuance to the certain work order issued for conducting promotional activities in relation to Swachchha Bharat Mission (Gramin).

¶3The claim of the petitioner is that Rs. 6,90,300/- is to be paid to the petitioner for the work done by him. The dues are not being paid despite representation submitted by the petitioner.

¶4The petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Kannauj, who shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and in case the petitioner is found entitled to any payment as claimed, the same shall be paid within a period of one month from the date of decision of the District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Kannauj. In any case, the whole exercise shall be completed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Kannauj by 30th April, 2024.
