¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

27.11.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.348 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 304B I.P.C.and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Kandharapur, District-Azamgarh.

3.The FIR alleges offence under Section 304B of I.P.C., which is a heinous offence. This Court is not even inclined to entertain this writ petition.
