Grievance of the petitioner is that though she has lost her husband and F.I.R. has been lodged by her in Case Crime No.0650 of 2023 under Sections 302, 448 and 506 I.P.C. Police Station Shikohabad, District Firozabad, but no steps are being taken either to arrest the accused persons or to conduct the investigation in fair and proper manner. We do not think it necessary to issue notices to private respondents considering the nature of order proposed to be passed. Learned A.G.A. submits that grievance of the petitioner can be examined by second respondent. In the facts of the case, second respondent is directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and ensure that fair investigation is carried out in the matter, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
