At the outset, Mr. Diwan Saifullah Khan, learned counsel for the applicant submits that with the lapse of time, cause of filing this application has lost its efÏcacy, therefore, the same has become infructuous. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the bar, the instant application is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
