¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

13.08.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.420 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Dhoomanganj, District-Prayagraj.

¶3The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner and the first informant have entered into a compromise as they have settled their differences outside the Court and this compromise has been reduced to writing.

¶4Counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce this alleged compromise before the Investigating Officer, who shall examine the same and thereafter, proceed strictly in accordance with law.
