¶1Rejoinder affidavit preferred on behalf of petitioner is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

¶3Present petition has been filed with a prayer to stay the operation and effect of the impugned order dated 17.08.2022 passed by learned Additional Commissioner-1st, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj in Case No. 00296 of 2021, Computerized Case No. C2021020000000296 (Smt. Anita Devi Vs. Gaon Panchayat Rangpura & Others) under Section 24(4), of U.P. Revenue Code 2016; and/ or to pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent for seeking expeditious disposal of the matter which has already been remanded vide order dated 17.08.2022, which impugned the present petition.

¶5Be that as it may respondent No. 2 is hereby directed to proceed with the direction contained in order dated 17.08.2022 and the entire exercise shall be expedited as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

¶6However, it is made clear that the opportunity of hearing shall be ensured to all concerned.
