¶1After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

¶2In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

¶3Certified copy of the FIR shall be returned to the petitioners after retaining its copy on record.
