The present petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondent State Authorities to remove the possession of the private respondent nos. 6 to 8 from the suit property in pursuance to the alleged order dated 3.8.2023 passed in Original Suit No. 426 of 2023. A perusal of the order dated 3.8.2023 shows that there is no order of mandatory injunction in favour of the petitioner. In any case, the petitioner has the remedy to approach the trial court itself for implementation of its order. It is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
