Laxmi and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 60 of 2020, under Sections 420, 406, 120B IPC, Police Station Sector 20 Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar. At the outset, Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the bar, instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. OfÏce is directed to return certified copy of the document, if any, after retaining the xerox copy of the same, to learned counsel for the applicants within three days.
