The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the boundary mark fixed on Plot No. 25 (area 0.046 hectares), which the petitioner claims to be her bhumidhari plot, has been removed by respondent nos. 4 to 6 and no action has been taken by the revenue authorities despite repeated representations made by the petitioner. The petitioner may file a fresh application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate who, in case the claim of the petitioner is found to be true, shall exercise his powers under Sections 22 and 23 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 and that the boundary mark be fixed and shall also ensure that appropriate action under Section 227 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 is taken against the guilty persons.
