Shakuntala Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others, and the order dated 18.12.2019 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr in Misc. Case No. 2907 of 2019, titled Shakuntala Vs. Jai Prakash. Learned counsel for applicant submits that during the pendency of the application, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and the issues raised in this application have been rendered infructuous.
