¶1Heard the counsel for the parties.

¶2The dispute in the present petition relates to payment to the petitioner for the plants supplied by him under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act Programme. The authorities have rejected the representation of the petitioner on the ground that the plants have not been supplied as claimed by the petitioner.

¶3As the claim of the petitioner for payment depends upon a decision of the disputed issues of fact regarding supply of plants by the petitioner, the petitioner may file a suit before the Civil Court and it is not a case for consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
