It is the claim of the petitioner that her name has been illegally deleted from the list of the eligible candidates by the concerned Gram Pradhan. The issue raised in the present petition can also be decided by the District Magistrate, District-Ghazipur. It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending and the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation before the District Magistrate, District-Ghazipur, the District Magistrate, Ghazipur shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation alongwith the certified copy of this order.
