The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that his vehicle seized by the concerned police station and which is a case property has not been released despite order dated 28.07.2023 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate in Case Crime No. 124 of 2023 and despite the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions prescribed in the aforesaid order of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate. It appears that the vehicle is stationed inside the factory which itself has been sealed by the concerned police authorities. The petitioner may file a fresh application before the Chief Judicial Magistrate who is the appropriate authority to decide the grievance of the petitioner.
