¶1The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that they have been forcibly dispossessed from the land allotted to them by the Gaon Sabha for construction of a house. The petitioners claim to have been dispossessed by respondent nos. 4 and 5.

¶2The petitioner has remedy to approach the concerned Sub Divisional Officer, under Section 65 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. They may file an application before the concerned Sub Divisional Officer under Section 65 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, who on receiving such application, shall take appropriate action in accordance with law and if the claim of the petitioners is found to be true, shall ensure that possession of the plot allotted to the petitioners is restored within a period of three months from the date of filing the application along with a copy of this order. Any decision shall be taken by the Sub Divisional Officer after giving the affected parties an opportunity of hearing.
