¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The petitioner avers in the writ petition that Rs. 1,99,000/- was not paid by the concerned Gaon Sabha and the State respondents for certain works done under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme and is due to the petitioner.

¶3The issue raised in the petition can be decided by the District Magistrate, District Bulandshahr / respondent no. 2 and, therefore the petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Magistrate, District Bulandshahr who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same within a period of three months and in case the petitioner is found entitled to any dues as claimed, the same shall be paid by him within a period of one month from the date of decision of the District Magistrate, District Bulandshahr / respondent no. 2.
