¶1This Court has passed following order on

21.11.2023 -: "Sri Anil Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for petitioner submits that revision petition is pending for last about 5 years before concerned authority, however, till date the matter was listed only on three dates. In the aforesaid circumstances, let a report be submitted by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur in regard to status of revision bearing No.989 of 2022, (Dharmendar etc. Vs. Ram Naresh etc.) List on 12.12.2023. Registrar (Compliance) to take steps."

¶2In view of above, a report from Deputy Director of Consolidation is placed on record.

¶3The report states that above referred revision petition has now been decided by an order dated

08.12.2023. A photocopy of order is also annexed along with this report.

¶4In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and Court may pass appropriate order.
