The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that his application filed before the Chief Medical Officer, District Bareilly regarding the irregularities and illegalities being committed by the Anchal Hospital, District Bareilly, i.e., respondent no. 6 is not being decided by the Chief Medical Officer and no action has been taken by the Chief Medical Officer against the aforesaid hospital. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the Chief Medical Officer, Bareilly is directed to inquire into the complaint made by the petitioner regarding respondent no. 6, i.e., Anchal Hospital within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him after giving an opportunity of hearing to the affected persons and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on his decision.
