Contention is that fair investigation has not been conducted in Case Crime No.102 of 2023 under Sections 498A, 504, 506, 304-B IPC & 3/4 DP Act, Police Station-Sandeepan Ghat, District-Kaushambi. Learned AGA states that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent. In the facts of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon the second respondent to ensure that a fair investigation is got concluded in the matter, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
