¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondent nos. 6 & 7 have illegally dispossessed the petitioner from the agricultural Plot No. 1252 and taken possession of the said plot. The petitioner prays that the District Magistrate and other State respondents be directed to evict the respondent nos. 6 & 7 from the agricultural plot of the petitioner and restore possession to him.

¶3The petitioner has the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and in case such proceedings are instituted by the petitioner, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer shall ensure that the suit is expeditiously decided and appropriate action in accordance with law is taken.
